Fall Inspired Haiku Poetry

skill of hand writing

the pen glides over the page

lost art from the past?

Indian summer

a glorious time of year

blessed with warm fall days

meteor shower

shooting stars through crisp fall air

natures fireworks

the apple orchard

bursting with fresh fruit to pick

its time to harvest

the old harvest moon

hangs in the inky black sky

lighting up the night
